A non-refundable down payment of 25% of the total is required at the time reservation is made to hold your date. The balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event.
Wedding Rental includes
Use of the building and grounds
7 acre lake with lighted pier and fountain
Outdoor covered pavilion with tables and chairs to accommodate 50 people; pavilion is equipped with kitchen and restroom
Tables and chairs to accommodate 200 at indoor heated/cooled facility, The Hitchin’ Post. Facility has restrooms, serving/prep kitchen, dressing rooms and antique tufted sofa. The Hitchin’ Post boasts a beautiful front porch with a view of the lake, pier and fountain.
